Health & Safety Update

The Varsity team have recently passed the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) ‘Healthy, Safety and Environment Test’ to renew our Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditation.

Construction is still one of the most hazardous industries. As professionals we have a moral duty to care for the health, safety and wellbeing of ourselves, our colleagues and the environment but we can only do this by being equipped with the correct knowledge.

Revising for and passing the test ensures our team has the knowledge to keep up-to-date with health and safety best practice and the awareness to identify risks and take appropriate steps to prevent harm. It also ensures Varsity is actively supporting the CITB’s efforts to raise health, safety and environment standards across the industry as a whole.
