Works are underway on our project in March (Cambridgeshire) as Burmor Construction begin to build 30 new BTR homes.
Varsity is pleased to be delivering Employer’s Agent services on this project. We have significant and growing experience of residential projects of most types including houses and apartments, private, affordable, and BTR, and are delivering a number of these projects as Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent.
Work has begun on Hartham Leisure Centre extension and refurbishment, on which Varsity Consulting is delivering Quantity Surveying and Project Management services.
At the heart of the £9m project is a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ new build extension that includes a green wall and will house a new fitness suite, studios, reception and cafe. The project is highly sustainable, including the very latest air source heat pump technology, and solar PVs.
Refurbishment works will include the pool hall, changing rooms, and conversion of the existing fitness suite to a spin studio and changing rooms.
